2- Support for an SSE event

When the recipient opens the declared event form, the recipient views the new section'Support'in the tab'Declaration'.

This part must be provided in order to validate the treatment of the event but also to be able to access the party'Declaration'.

The section'Support'consists of various parts:

-Complementary information

This part defines:
- Oneprocess, gravity level and impactin relation to the event. (Maintained for the construction of system statistics)
-Linking event with a riskidentified in the DUER by selecting the area, work phase and hazard. (The value of the REX parameter will only change if these 3 fields are filled in and the REX setting is made)
-Identify whether the event has disrupted over time and workplace(CERFA information)

-Body injury(shall only if'Body injuries'was checked at the beginning of the form)

This part defines:
- Type of accident: With or without stop, good injury, loss, occupational disease)
- The number of work stoppage day(s) (only if 'Accident with work stoppage' is checked)
- Certain information necessary for the management of CERFA (seat and nature of leions, PPE carried, loss of consciousness…)
- The date of the date (only if 'Decrears' is checked)

-First aid

This section provides some information necessary for the management of CERFA (Streatment of Victim by OHS…)

- The victim was transported to(shall only if 'Body injury' was checked at the beginning of the form)

This section provides some information necessary for the management of CERFA (Place where the victim was transported…)

- Working hours(shall only if "Body injury"was checked at early form)

This section provides some information necessary for the management of CERFA (victim work schedules, accident communication)

- Pollution(shall only if 'Pollution' was checked at the beginning of the form)

This part defines:

-The type of pollution: needs to set the parametric list 'Type pollution'

-The type of pollutant: needs to set the parametric list 'Type polluting'

-The cost of pollution

- Corrections

This section records corrective actions that were implemented immediately after the SES event. The processing actions recorded via this table can be viewed in the register of functionality treatment actions 'SSE event'

- Request for analysis and termination

This part defines:

- If an in-depth analysis of the event is required. If so, a field 'Resp. Analysis' allows to select the user(s) in charge of carrying out the analysis.

- The pilot of the SSE event

- Support

To record the pick-up date, a shutter manager must have been appointed.


This section validates support for the SES event. It is then requested to enter the date of pick-up.

NB: it is necessary to fill in this field in order to access the tab 'Delegation.


After completing the accident report form, click on the " buttonValidate"

You then return to the SES events register on which the registration appears under the state "Support"

If no analysis was requestedAnd/or siall treatment actions have been carried out (field 'Theinformation),SORsthe recording will automatically switch to the state "Treaty".
