- Information related to the accident:Resumes all descriptive information of the accident. However, some CERFA-specific fields require manual completion:
- Kind(s) or first person notified:Resumes information about the less in tab 'Statement'. It is not possible to add or modify the data directly in the tab 'Standard statement'.
- The third party:Resumes information about the third of the tab 'Statement'. It is not possible to add or modify the data directly in the tab 'Standard statement'.
- Validation of the declaration:Provides the date on which the official reporting of the accident will be completed.
This field must be entered in order to download the file to be uploaded to NET COMPANY.
- Closure instruction / Support:These optional chapters provide comprehensive information on the closure and management by the Accident Fund.
After completing the accident report form, click on the " buttonValidate".
You then return to the SES event register on which new buttons appeared in front of the accidental event to be reported on NET COMPANY.
The first is used to download CERFA to ensure the accuracy of the data provided.
The second allows the download of the .EDI file to be uploaded to NET COMPANY to make the declaration. This bank contains the CERFA as well as the possible letter of reservations.
The third provides access to the NET COMPANY connection portal.
