3- Specify ESS event

After the support of a type event'Accident'with'Body injuries', it is possible to access the tab'Declaration'.

When the TeleDeclaration tab appears, you must complete its mandatory fields or no registration will be possible.

This tab consists of a number of chapter containing all the information required for the management of CERFA. Most of the data will be pre-filled via the preliminary information on the event form, so it is primarily to verify the accuracy of the data.

-Type of accident: Allows you to stipulate whether it is a work accident or a travel accident.

-The employer: Displays employer coordinates. On this page, the information is not editable. You must go to the site page to change this information.

-The establishment of home: Displays victim assignment site coordinates and the health service associated. You should also visit the site page page to fill this information.

NB: The "Risk Code" field must be entered manually.

-Victim: Displays information about the victim of the accident. Most fields will be automatically filled in if the salary record has been completed (dat database). However, some CERFA-specific fields require manual completion:
  1. Nationality
  2. Profession
  3. Qualification
  4. Profession (free field)
  5. Formerness
  6. Contract
If the block 'the victim has been transported to ' is completed, the seizure of the country is mandatory

- Information related to the accident:Resumes all descriptive information of the accident. However, some CERFA-specific fields require manual completion:

  1. Section 'Location of accident (or construction site)'
  2. Field 'Activity of the victim during the accident'
  3. Field 'Nature of the accident'
  4. Field 'Subject whose contact injured the victim'
  5. Section 'Any reasoned reservations': attaches a reservation letter that will be attached to the NET COMPANY statement.

- Kind(s) or first person notified:Resumes information about the less in tab 'Statement'. It is not possible to add or modify the data directly in the tab 'Standard statement'.

- The third party:Resumes information about the third of the tab 'Statement'. It is not possible to add or modify the data directly in the tab 'Standard statement'.

- Validation of the declaration:Provides the date on which the official reporting of the accident will be completed.

This field must be entered in order to download the file to be uploaded to NET COMPANY.

- Closure instruction / Support:These optional chapters provide comprehensive information on the closure and management by the Accident Fund.

After completing the accident report form, click on the " buttonValidate".

You then return to the SES event register on which new buttons appeared in front of the accidental event to be reported on NET COMPANY.

The first is used to download CERFA to ensure the accuracy of the data provided.

The second allows the download of the .EDI file to be uploaded to NET COMPANY to make the declaration. This bank contains the CERFA as well as the possible letter of reservations.

The third provides access to the NET COMPANY connection portal.
