Add a work phase

Namely:It is necessary to have created at least one Area in order to create a Work Phase.

To add a Work Area, click the button"+""located at the top right of the table'SZ-S/Processus'.

Then click on'Add Work Phase'

Complete the different fields:

Fields marked with a * must be entered.

-No.Ref= Automatic generation of a Work Phase reference.

-Site= Select the site(s) concerned by the Work Phase under creation.

-Process= Process associated with the Work Phase.- Name = Appointment of the Work Phase.

-Zone= Allows you to select the Area(s) associated with the Work Phase.

-Post affected= Parametric list to identify positions affected by this phase of work.

-Dangers= Hazards associated with the Area (up automatically completed when creating a hazard)

-Description= Potential description of the Area being created.

-Last Update= Automatic generation of the date of creation or update of the Area.- By = Automatic generation of the name of the person who created the Area.It is possible to add a file by clicking on the button
