Add an area

To add a Work Area, click the button"+""located at the top right of the table'SZ-S/Processus'.

Then click on'Add Zones - S/Process'

Complete the different fields:

Fields marked with a * must be entered.

- Ref = Automatic generation of a Zone reference.

- Site = Select the site(s) concerned by the Area being created.

- Process = Process associated with the area being created.

- Name = Name of the Zone.

- Description = Possible description of the Area being created.

- Work phase = Work phase(s) associated with the Area (automatically taught post-earth after phase creation)

- Hazards = Hazards associated with the Area (automatically reported after hazard creation)

- Last Update = Automatic generation of the date of creation or update of the Area.

- By = Automatic generation of the name of the person who created the Area.It is possible to add a file by clicking on the button

Click on the button"Validate".

You then return to the OHS Risk Assessment page where your new Work Area appears.
