A number of survey-related data can be analyzed at any time.
To do this, click on the button"Actions"located in the last column of the survey registry.
This action will open a list menu with several possible choices:
of theList answer: Allows you to visualize which recipients have or not completed the survey and satisfaction index in such an investigation.
of theDuplicate: Allows you to duplicate an investigation to, for example, send it to another recipient category in order to have separate statistics.
of theSee Excel: Allows you to generate an Excel file (.csv) containing the survey results.
of theSee Statistics: View survey statistics (Number of emails sent, responses, non-responses, non-responses, consultation of responses to an evaluation for each recipient, consultation of responses to potential questions for each recipient…)
of theRemove: Allows the deletion of an investigation.
of theClosing: Allows you to manually close an investigation before the scheduled closing date.
