Analyzing an ESS event

This part can only be completed by thePilot of Analysisdesignated at the time of care or aadministrator.

Click on the tab'Analysis'.


Complete the different fields on the event reporting page:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.

- Danger = Allows the hazard or phase of hazard related to the accident (requires to have information on the functionality of theRisks Security' (Single Document)

- Direct cause = Allows you to select a cause (paramed list)

- Detailed = Free field for analysis of the causes of the ESS event


Namely:Completing the 'direct cause' field includes a table to determine the number of reported SES event(s) having the same cause within the last 90 and 30 days and the current year.

In this SES event analysis form, you can carry out a number of actions:

- In-depth cause analysis: allows you to perform a cause analysis using integrated tools.

-Action plan: allows you to request or record an action.

Click on the button" + "and choose'request for action'or'save an action'.

Requests for action and recordings will be displayed in the corresponding tables in this section of the SES event analysis page.NB: Instructions for applying for and registering an action are detailed in the chapter"Action Plan"of this document.

After completing the analysis part, enter the analysis date in the field"Analysed the"and click on"Validate".

You then return to the SES Events Register page.
