To assess Real Risk, it is necessary to create the means of prevention in place and assign them to different aspects.

To do this, go to the tab 'Means of prevention'. The register of means of prevention is displayed.

To create and assign your means of prevention to aspects, click on the " buttonAdd a means of prevention".

The purpose is to indicate a title of the means of prevention and assign it to the activity(s), subactivity(s) and related aspect(s).

After completing the risk analysis, click on the " buttonValidate".

You then return to the register of means of prevention.

- Real Risk Assessment:

Return to the risk analysis form. Your means of prevention will then be integrated automatically and all that remains is to define the level of thickness for each aspect.

To view the means of prevention, click on the " button "+ +" to roll the headband.

You also have the possibility, when the banner is disrolled, to record a preventive action against the desired aspect. To do this, click on the button "+ Action"

After completing the risk analysis, click on the " buttonValidate".

You then return to the Aspects and Impacts registry.
