Closing an ESS event
This part can only be completed by theFlare pilotdesignated at the time of declaration or by aadministrator.
Click on the tab'Clash'.
Complete the different fields on the event reporting page:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
-Complementary information= Free field to note any possible note(s).
-Closing the= Date the closing of the SES event is closed.
-By= Automatic generation of the name of the flash pilot designated in the Reporting tab.
It is possible to insert one or more file(s) by clicking on the button
After completing this part, click button"Validate"
You then return to the SES event register page on which your status appears"Store".
