Conduct an assessment to the position

To register an appraisal at the position, the Evaluation Officer must click on the corresponding line at the level of the evaluation register at the position.

The registration form is displayed and presents several chapters

-Identification: contains information about the employee subject to evaluation.
-Evaluation: Allows the information of an assessment matrix that generates a fitness index. (Account, Adapted under supervision, Unfit)

-Competence management: shows the list of skills associated with the employee and allows, for each of them, to assess the level of suitability. (Act, unfit, Confirmed, Expert…).

If the skill level of a competence is negative, it is also possible at this chapter to apply for training by clicking on the " button.Apply for training".

Caution: Consider saving the evaluation form to the position before clicking this button.

-Validation Ability: Allows you to act on the employee's ability or incapacity for the position and to provide the assessment date.

After completing the form, click on the " buttonValidate".

To know: The skills assessed in the initial position assessment correspond to the skills assigned to the employee's position. Upon completion of the position appraisal, these skills will be automatically associated with the employee with the assigned level of skill.
