Create a model of visit

Before you can start planning an ESS visit, it is necessary to create its model.

At the level of the visit register, click on the tab'Models visits'.The register of visit models appears.

Click on the button"Creating a model of visit"to create a new model.

Complete the fields for the first part of the form.

Compose your model by clicking the button"+""to the right of the chapter'Structure of the Visiting Model'.

Several 'Element Type' can be included in the visit model:

-Title: Generation of a free field to display a re in the visit report.

-Comment: Generation of an open field to display a comment in the visit report.

-Document: Allows you to generate a document import button in the visit report.

-Evaluation: Allows you to manage an evaluation checklist.At the model level, only evaluation criteria should be provided. The checklist will be fully completed in the visit report and will provide a performance indicator.

Namely:Parameters (compliant, non-compliant…) and associated coefficients are setable in the Settings module at menu level'Security Management'via the list'Check index'.If a parameter type'Not concerned'or'Without object'is integrated, provide a coefficient value in letter and not in numbers so that this parameter is not taken into account in the calculation of the performance indicator.

It is possible to delete a block'Type of element'by clicking on the button"-".It is also possible to move a block'Type of element'by holding a right click on the islandor on the block itself.

After completing this form, click the button"Validate".

You then return to the register of visit models.
