At the registry of security protocols, click on the " buttonAdd a security protocol".
Complete the security protocol registration form:
Chapter 'General information': Provides the user company and the transport company concerned by the security protocol. The coordinates of these companies will be included in the site sheet (for the user company) and in the supplier sheet (for the transport company).
NB: A check mark appears at the top right of the screen with the value 'Model' checked by default. To manage the security protocol via Symalean model, leave the check mark on 'Model'.
- Chapter 'Alert Procedure':Allows security information and attach possible related materials.
Chapter 'Mass of Mass':Attaches the traffic plan and identify the information reported on it. Proposed data are prepared by default but may be modified or deleted based on relevance.
- Chapter 'Equipment':Identifies the equipment made available to the carrier by the user company. Proposed data are prepared by default but may be modified or deleted based on relevance.
Chapter 'Chargement':Identifies the type of shipment of the carrier. Proposed data are prepared by default but may be modified or deleted based on relevance.
Chapter 'Validity':Identifies the validation and termination dates of the security protocol after issuing and has the document signed by the carrier and the person in charge of the user company.
After completing the security protocol registration form, click on the " buttonValidate".
You then return to the registry of security protocols on which the recording appears in the state "To be validated" if validation and end dates have not been provided.
It is then possible to publish the PDF of the security protocol for validation with stakeholders.
