You can create email templates as part of the delivery of a non-compliance.

For this, go to the module 'Parametering', 'Parameter General', 'Exchange', 'Models of exchange'.

Click on the " buttonCreation of a model"

A new page opens

All you have to do is fill in all the elements, being careful to choose [NC] so that the model appears in the relevant non-compliance.
