Create/modify a strategic objective
Strategic objectives are goals set by the company based on its finality, resources and environment. Strategic objectives are goals to be achieved within 2 years.
To create a strategic goal, click on the functionality"Objectives & Indicators"then on the tab"Strategic Objective".
The register of strategic objectives appears, then click on the button"Add an indicator"
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
-Title= designation of the strategic objective
-Domain= Quality, Health, Security and/or Environment.
-Description= Complementary information on the strategic objective (optional)
- The date of creation and the creator are registered automatically.
It is possible to insert one or more file(s) by clicking on the button
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"
You then return to the Strategic Objective Table page where your new recording appears.
To edit it, simply click on the line corresponding to your strategic goal.
