Create/modify an issue

To create a new issue, click on the button"Add an issue"present in the module"Pilotage", and the"Background & issues".

After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"

You then return to the Issues Registry page where your new registration appears.

When we look back at the issue, new sections appear. It is indeed possible to record and/or associate, from the issue:
- Risks & Opportunities (SWOT analysis)
- Operational Objectives
- Actions
