Create/modify an operational objective
The operational objectives flow from the strategic objectives of the program. They represent the target assigned to service action and is defined for a territory or activity. They make it possible to organize management.
To create an operational goal, click on the functionality"Objectives & Indicators"then on the tab"Operational objective".
The register of Operational Objectives appears.
Then click on the button"+ Add"
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
-Origin= Origin of the operational objective
-Process= Choice of Process Related to the Operating Objective Under Establishment
-Title= designation of the operational objective
-Strategy= Strategic objective attached to the operational objective being created.
-Domain= Quality, Health, Security and/or Environment.
-Pilot of action= Person responsible for achieving the objective.
-Timeline= Date the target must be met.
-Date Closure= Date the target is met (do not complete this field when creating the goal)
It is possible to insert one or more file(s) by clicking on the button
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"
You then return to the operating objectives summary table page where your new recording appears.
To know: It is possible to create an operational objective directly from the tab "strategic objective" by clicking on the button
to the left of the corresponding strategic lens and then on the button
appearing to the right in the submenu listing all associated operational objectives. (In the window of creation of the operational objective, the fields "Origin" and "Strategy"will then be automatically completed).
It is also possible to modify an operational objective via this tab by clicking on the button representing apencil.
Finally, an operational objective can also be established during a Risk & Opportunities analysis. In the window of creation of the operational objective, the field "Origin"will then be automatically completed.
To change it, simply click on the line corresponding to your operational goal.
