Create/modify interested parties
To create a new interested party, click on the button"Add an interested part"present in the module"Pilotage", and the"Background & issues".
Categories of interested parties are defective integrated into the software but remain parametric via the parametric list"Categories of interested parties"of the module"Parliamentary".
For each interested party created, it is possible to notify its relevance and also to conduct an assessment of requirements via the assessment matrix presented in the form. The completion of this evaluation will result in a score on compliance.
The evaluation response columns (compliant, partially compliant…) are editable via the parametric list"Indices of interested parties"of the module"Parliamentary".
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"
You then return to the Register of Interested Parties page where your new registration appears.
When you look back at an existing interested party, new sections appear. It is indeed possible to record and/or associate, such as the issues:
- Risks & Opportunities (SWOT analysis)
- Operational Objectives
- Actions
