Creating a material need
To make a material request, click on the button"Creating a material need"
The material application form is displayed.
Namely:To make a material request, users can also directly click on the shortcut 'Material Care' shortcut button located on the software home screen.
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
- Category filter: Selection of the Matrix category
- Submission of material: Election
- Medium. Use/Day & Unit: data fields included in tab 'Product sheet' in section 'Operations'
It is possible to insert one or more file(s) by clicking on the button
After completing this form, click on the " buttonValidate".
You then return to the material requirements register where your new registration appears.
It is possible to change the recording by clicking on the button representing apencilor delete it by clicking on the button representing ared cross.
An email and notification will be sent to defined users as recipients of the material needs.
