Creating a review model

As with investigations, it is necessary to create a review model before creating the journal itself.

To do this, click on the tab"Model"
The register of journal templates appears, then click on the button"Creation of a revised model".

The model creation page has 3 separate tabs:

of thetab "General Information": General Description of the Review and Eventual Definition of Participants

Note: Data in blue may vary from magazine to review. Therefore, these fields are not required to be filled directly in the model. They can be done when planning a review.

Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.

-Site= Selecting site(s), division(s) or Group â€" will allow the use of the model by users with access to selected sites.
-Process= Process associated with the model of investigation being created.
-Title= Designation of the Model of Investigation
-Type= Process, or System
-Objectives= Main objectives of the review
-Moderator= Person(s) in charge of facilitating the Review
-Places= Location of the Review outfit
-Tables of participants/recipients= Allows you to indicate the names of the participants (the sites and roles fields allow you to filter users appearing in participating and recipient lists)
-Follow-up of updates= tracks the evolution of the model. (Who, When, Why)


of thetab "Model Agenda": Gives the opportunity to structure the Review agenda.

To structure your review model, click the button" + "to the right of the section"Structure of the model".

This creates a block to define:

- The Theme addressed
- Topics addressed for each theme
- The Presenter of the theme
- The predictive duration devoted to this theme

It is possible to add as many theme blocks as needed by clicking the button" + "

It is possible to add as many sub-themes as needed by clicking the button" + "

Tracking updates to the "Agenda" model is possible. Click "+" to manage a new line.

of thetab "Model report": Gives the opportunity to structure the Review report.

This page displays on the screen all the themes and topics discussed in the "Model Agenda" tab. For each of them, it is possible to use "Elments" and "Data Calls".

Click on the button" + "located in front of the corresponding theme or sub-theme.This results in the generation of a field"Type element"on which it is possible to select what type of element or data calls can be integrated.

Note: It is possible that the topics discussed may vary from one review to another, so it is not necessarily wise to manage the totality of your report on the creation model.
It is preferable to remain simple (generic themes). Topics addressed, related data and calls may be referred directly in the review report.
At the model level, however, it is possible to create a general theme 'Conclusions' in which you can call elements for action management and a call for data created in the last review.
