Once the tab 'Description' of the completed prevention plan (PDP), return to the form and click on "Launch the signing of the PDP".
The following form opens.
This is to ensure that recipients and their respective email addresses are correct.
If OK, click "Launch the signing of the PDP".
The validation flow is then launched and, at the PDP registry level, it appears under the state "Validation in progress" (under this state, it is not possible to change the information in the PDP form).
All interested parties will receive an email with a link to electronically sign the record.
This step will result in a redirect to the UNIVERSIGN site to carry out this action in a safe way.
When a person signs the PDP, they will receive an email in return to the signed PDP as attached.
The PDP coordinator (= Symalean user) has the opportunity to track the progress of signatures and, possibly, relaunch latecomers. This is possible via the tab 'Validation in progress' from the PDP form:
- Click on the button "Reviving signatories" to relaunch all people who have not yet signed the document.
- Click on the button "Cancel the validation circuit" to cancel the validation circuit (be careful, all interested parties will have to sign again when the validation flow is restarted)
- Click onto download the signed version of the PDP.
The PDP will only be formally validated once all interested parties have signed the document. When this is the case, the PDP will switch to version A and under the state "Validated".
