Disseminate a non-compliance report
A number of exchanges (audit notification email, dissemination of non-compliance report) can be made through a tool integrated into the declaration of non-compliance.
The advantage is that all exchanges related to non-compliance will be archived and searchable within the relevant registration in the section."History of trade".
In the non-compliance registry, click on the line of the desired non-compliance and then click the tab"Dissemination".
Select recipients in the fields"Halaries","External recipients","Customers"or manually enter email addresses in the field"Email".
Complete the subject and content of the message to be sent.
You can also use a pre-recorded sending model in the setting module / Management Management Management / Non-Compliance (see guideHere)
If necessary, check the box"Rattach the NC report"to transmit it as attached.

After completing this part, three choices are possible for sending the message:
- Click on the button representing a"envelope"
- Click on the button"Save"
- Click on the button"Validate"
