Disseminate an ESS event report
A number of exchanges (audit notification email, dissemination of the SES event report) can be made through a tool integrated with the ESS reporting.The advantage is that all exchanges related to an SES event will be archived and searchable within the registration in the 'Exchange History' section.In the SES event register, click on the line of the desired SES event and then on the 'Diffusion' tab.Select recipients in the "Employees", "External Recipients", "Customers" fields or manually enter email addresses in the "Email" field.Complete the subject and content of the message to be sent.If necessary, check the "Rattach the ESS event report" box to transmit it as attached.It is possible to attach other documents by clicking onAfter completing this part, click on the "Validate" button
