Disseminate an investigation
Click on the survey to be released in the survey registry.
The survey update page is displayed and you will find that the survey has 3 tabs:
call" Tab"General Information": this tab displays the information entered during the creation of the survey as well as a "recipient" section
Check the corresponding box(s). This will generate one or more field(s) in the "Dissemination History" tab:
- Employee(s) / Supplier(s): generate a multiple-choice list field to select one or more recipients. The content of the list is linked to the database corresponding to the type of party interested.
- Email:Generates an open field to manually enter the email addresses of recipients.
- Paper dissemination: Generate a multi-choice list field to select one or more services. Staff of the relevant services will receive an email with an attached part containing the survey in printable PDF format.
call" Tab"Questionary": Allows you to view the survey as presented to the recipient(s)
call" Tab"History of dissemination": Allows you to define the recipients of the survey as well as the purpose and content of the email they will receive. A summary table is used to visualize to whom the survey was forwarded.
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate".
You then return to the survey registry page where your registration appears.
You will find that the status of the investigation (before last column) indicates"Diffusé".
