A number of exchanges (audit notification email, dissemination of audit report) can be made through a tool integrated into the creation of an audit. The advantage is that all exchanges related to an audit will be archived and searchable within the record of the relevant audit.
In the audit register, click on the audit you want and then click the tab"History of trade".
Complete the subject and content of the message to be sent.
If necessary, check the box(s)"Rattach the audit report"and/or"Rattach the audit plan"to transmit them as attached.
