Disseminate the report of an SSE visit
A broadcast box system is available to exchange on the visit or even to disseminate the report of the visit to the persons concerned.
The principle of using this broadcast box is exactly the same as for SES events.
In the SSE visit register, click on the line of the desired SES visit and then on the tab'History of trade'.
Select recipients in the fields"Users", "Employees", "Suppliers"or manually enter email addresses in the field"Email".
Complete the subject and content of the message to be sent.
If necessary, check the box"Rattach the report of the visit"to transmit it as attached.
