Mobile - Edit / process a feedback

This page has 2 tabs:

-Information= Allows users to view or edit an information report.

1. Widget comment: This widget allows you to easily collaborate with the actors of the recovery.With each new comment or conversion,a notification will be sent to them.

To validate each comment added, click on the button

To delete them, click the comment.

-Treatment= Allows information to be converted to non-compliance, a secure event or an action plan.

Example of conversion to non-compliance

After selecting uncompliant, you are redirected to the creation page.

An information button at the top right will allow you to access the summary of the original lift.

You can also link files from the report to non-compliance.

After creating non-compliance, the original recovery will move to status.

You can find the conversion history in the processing tab of the lift.

Non-compliance, ESS events and action plans will then be available in Symalean.
