Edit the single document

A function allows you to take a photo of the DUER at any given time to record its evolutions.

To make this recording, click on the button"Editions"in the tab"Summary of evaluations".

The change log is displayed.

Then click on"Create a change"and fill out the following form:

- Update(s) made since the previous version.

- Update Resp.

- Date of edition

It is possible to set up a validation loop (workflow) to validate the evolution of the DUER. If no workflow exists, it is possible to establish one by clicking on the"+""at the end of the field"Work flow".

You must then identify the different steps of the validation circuit by entering the profile type (Editor, Verifier, Approver, etc.) and the user associated at each step.

After completing this form, click on the button"Validate".

You will then be directed to the editing base where all changes to the single document are posted.

If the edition was launched without workflow, the edition will appear with the status"Library".

If the edition was started with the workflow, the edition will appear with the status"Pending validation". You must then:

o Click on the line of the edition you want to validate.
o Click on the Start workflow button.
o Persons responsible for the validation steps will then receive an email to Validate or Validate with Reserved DUER Edition.

It is possible to return to the details of each recorded edition to:

- See the associated reason for change.

- View and download the DUER PDF for previous versions
Automation of information on reasons for change:

In the tab"Health, Safety and Safety Risk Assessment", any additions/modification of data (areas, phases, hazards, risk analysis) may be recorded with or without history.

If a history validation is performed, the reason for the change is automatically integrated into the field"Updated(s) since previous edition"the DUER edition form.

If no changes are validated, it will generate a new amendment with the reason for the change. As long as this edition remains in the status"Pending validation"All updates will be included in this edition.
