Establish a model of investigation
Before you can create an Investigation, it is necessary to create its Model.
To do this, click on the tab"Investigative model"The register of survey models appears, then click on the button"Creation of a model"
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
-No.= Automatic generation of an Investigation Model Number.
-Site= Choosing Sites â€" will allow the use of the model by users with access to selected sites.
-Process= Process associated with the model of investigation being created.
-Designation= Description of the Model of Investigation
-Type= Satisfaction or Survey.
To structure your survey model, click on the button" + "to the right of the section"Structure of the model".
This will generate a block containing a free field"Type of element".
Several choices are possible:
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"

You then return to the survey model register page where your new registration appears.
