Establish an investigation
Click on the tab"Inquiry".
The register of investigations appears, then click on the button"Creation of an investigation".
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
-No.= Automatic investigation of an investigation number.
-Site= Choosing Sites â€" allows the survey to be displayed in the registry for selected sites.
-Process= Process associated with the investigation being established.
-Subject matter= Description of the finality of the investigation.
-Model= Allows a model of investigation with the investigation being created.
-Type of investigation= Satisfaction (customer, supplier, employee ¦) or Survey.
-Date of creation= Generated automatically
-Date of closing= Date towhich the investigation is closed. Be careful if a opening date is indicated, no one will be able to reply.
-Complementary information= Precision(s) on the investigation being established.
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"
You then return to the survey register page where your new registration appears.
You will find that the status of the investigation (before last column) indicates"Créée".
