Evaluate risks
The risk assessment can be done either by area or by work phase by clicking the button
associated.
On the Risk Assessment page, there is a first section recalling general information related to the Area or Work Phase. The different fields in this section are not editable on this page.
The second section of this page allows risk analysis.
For each identified hazard, complete the different fields:
-Gravity= Definition of Gravité level.
-Exhibition= Definition of exposure level.
-Probability= Definition of probability level
-Return of experience= Definition of Return of Expectation against this risk.
-Members= Definition of Risk level level.
After unrolling the hazard line with the + button:

-Means of prevention= Allows you to select or create a means of prevention via the button"+""at the end of the field.To add several means of prevention, click the button"+""to the left of the button"+ Action"
-Button Action= Allows action to be managed in the general action plan (PILOTAGE model)
After completing the Risk Analysis, click button"Validate".
You then return to the Zones & Hazards register. You can click the button again
to view the results of the assessed Risks.
Namely:the return of hazard-related experience is automatically entered when reporting a workplace injury in the 'Secure Events' feature.
