Forgot your password

If you forgot your password, the Symalean tool includes a forgotten password procedure. You will find it on your login page.

After clicking 'Forgot your passwordThis page appears:

Enter your context (name of your company) and then indicate your ID (login).

Do not put your email address instead of your login (unless it matches your login) otherwise the procedure will not work.

Finally click on 'Receive a recovery email'.
