On the home page of the GOL module, a summary table is used to:

- View all recorded records via keyword and document type file search fields.

o Indicate one or more keywords and/or document type

o Click on the ' buttonSearch'. The list of corresponding documents appears.

-View documents in a particular state via different tabs:

oTo consult: When saving or updating a document, it is possible to start a request to view the document. Users who have been put in the loop will view the corresponding document(s) in this tab.

oIn the process of work: Document in draft, visible to the creator of the draft.

oTo sign: Documents being updated will appear in this tab for users who are involved in the validation circuit.

oRefused to change: Documents that have been rejected by one of the workflow players will appear in this tab.

oRequest for evolution: Requests to change documents will appear in this tab for users receiving this request.

oCrime: If a validity date has been entered into a record, they will appear in this tab at the end of that date.
