A new window opens and records the gap to be served.
Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.
- Card = Automatic generation of a Ecart No.
-Category= Sensitive Point / Non-Compliance (Parameterable List)
- Summary = Allows you to indicate the line or chapter of the repository or an audit checklist associated with the meaning deviation.
- Description of the deviation = Allows you to write the gap.
- Proof of deviation = Allows you to describe the element(s) that caused the deviation (Importing a file or photo is possible by clicking the button)
- Service = Allows the location or deviation was found.
- Process = Process associated with the meaning deviation- Impact = Quality / Security / Health / Environment
After completing this form, click on the button"Validate"
You then return to the audit report page.The recorded deviation appears in the table Variance - Non-Conformity and also automatically automatically non-compliance in the defined Symalean feature.
The treatment of the gap will be done through the treatment of non-compliance.
