Importing its services

Before starting the construction of import files, several things should be noted:

- All Symalean records require an association at one or more sites. It is therefore essential to have set the site tree in Symalean. If you have not already done so, I advise you to follow this link which will tell you how to follow:Knowledge base


- All .csv files contain a number of columns (line 1). We must notnor modify, embed or delete columns otherwise the file will be inoperable.

- Some fields are mandatory and others are not. therequired fields will appear in redin the following tables.

- Before the import is completed, it is necessary toencode the file in 'UTF-8'.

In order to facilitate your imports, here is the CSV file in which the title of the mandatory columns is accompanied by a *.
