Manage the lifecycle of your equipment
Functionality 'Register Matrix' allows you to record all your materials and the information needed to manage them. This register is also used to download the life sheet of registered materials.
Click on the feature 'Register Matrix', you will arrive by default on the Mathematics Register page allowing you to view all recorded materials.
On this register, you can follow the expected dates of the next intervention and the date of the last intervention for each material.
It is also possible to visualize the status of each material.
States | Signification |
Conforms | The material is still present in the Corporation and is found to be compliant with use as a result of potential maintenance interventions (control, revision, …) |
Non-compliant | The material is still present in the Corporation but is found to be non-compliant with use following an intervention conducted (control, revision, …) |
Under derogation | The material is still present in the Corporation, but its use has been subject to derogation following a completed intervention (control, revision, …) |
Real estateJJ-MM-AAAA au JJ-MM-AAAA | Equipment is still present in the Corporation and is locked up for a specified period for intervention. |
Not verified | The planned preventive maintenance intervention for this equipment has not been completed and the expected date has exceeded. |
Beginning | The material is still present in the Society but was found to be non-compliant and discarded following an intervention. |
Outing | The material is no longer present in the Society. The "Exit Date" field of the material has been completed. |
Finally, you can export the 'Life Sheet' from the Matrix by clicking on the button
or archive it by clicking on the button
The Matriel archive register can be consulted by clicking on the " buttonArchives".
At the level of this registry, you can delete a material by clicking on the button representing ared crossor restore it to the General Registry by clicking on the button representing ablue river.
