Modify, download and disseminate a periodic assessment
To modify a pre-conducted periodic assessment, go to tab 'Results of evaluationsand click on the icon
To release the evaluation report, click on the evaluation line and, once arrived on the form, click on the tab 'Dissemination'.
At the level of this tab, it is possible to:
- Select the contact(s) of the supplier to whom the broadcast email
- Inform email addresses manually
- Inform the subject and content of the email.
- Integrate parts attached to the broadcast email.
- Attach the PDF report of the evaluation by checking the dedicated box.
- View broadcast history.
At the level of the register 'Results of evaluationsyou can also download the PDF report of the evaluation directly by clicking on the icon
