Performing an interview

The aim is to complete the different sections of the form by rolling them successively with the button button:

-Reminder of the initial training course: This section consists of a number of non-modifiable fields using data from the employee's salary record associated with the interview. These data are
editable in the tab 'Employee identification' of the salary record, section 'Skills'.

A free field 'Employee commentis also presented to formalize possible comments from the employee.

-Current employment situation: This section consists of a number of non-modifiable fields using data from the interview employee's position sheet. These data are editable in section 'Descriptionof the associated job sheet.

-Assessment of the previous period: This section consists of a number of free fields to fill in. (Highlights, Difficulties encountered…)

It is possible to add/remove several strengths / difficulties by clicking on the " buttons"+ +" and "-".

-Training report since the last interview: This section is composed of 2 summary tables using the skills acquired and training carried out by the employee since the last interview. Fields are also present to indicate if there has been progress (salarial, professional) and potential employee feedback.

-Need for training over the next two years: This section consists of a summary table using the planified training for which the employee is registered as well as a table to add a need for training possibly issued by the employee.

To save a training need, click on the " button "Add a need".

-Awareness â€" Exposure to constraints: This section consists of a summary table of the opportunity situations to which the employee is exposed.

-Perspectives: This section is composed of free fields to express the wishes of the employee and the proposals of his manager over the course and long term.

After completing the form, consider filling in the 'Date completed' at the top of the page then click on the button "Validate".

You then return to the interview register on which the interview appears in the stateAchieved'. If a frequency has been provided, the next interview for the corresponding employee is automatically scheduled.
