Plan a maintenance intervention

To schedule a maintenance intervention, click on the " button "Planning an intervention".

The response planning form is displayed.

Part 'Request for intervention' allows the general characteristics of the maintenance intervention to be carried out.

Complete the different fields:
Fields marked with a * must be entered.

- Mathematics: Pre-recorded and Requiring Intervention

- Category: Field for filtering the field 'Mathematics' compared to a category. Do not enter this field if the material is already selected.

-Type of intervention: Parameters

- Speaker: External or Internal. Generate a field 'Supplier' or 'Employees' depending on the choice made.

- Area of intervention: Mechanical, Electrical… (Parameterable list)

- Nature of intervention: Control, Maintenance, Review… (Parameterable list)

After completing this form, click on the " buttonValidate"

You then return to the maintenance procedure register where your new registration appears under the state "Planning".

Treatment of the intervention is done in the same way as in subchapter 'Treating a preventive maintenance intervention'.
