Planning an interview
Position yourself on the right site and then, at the level of the interview register, click on the " button "Add a professional interview"
Complete the first part of the maintenance form:
I'll be back
-Collaborator= Employee for whom maintenance is planned
-Post= Position of the employee for whom the interview is planned
-Planned date
-Responsible for maintenance= SymaleaN user responsible for the formalization of maintenance
-Pattern= Return of leave or Professional interview (and possibly Annual interview).
-Date last maintenance= Automatically generated data if a previous interview took place for the employee
-Frequency= Allows a month value resulting in automatic planning of the next interview after completion of the one being planned.
After completing the form, click on the " buttonValidate".
You then return to the interview register on which the new need for training appears in the statePlanning'
