Before evaluating a position, you can set an assessment matrix.

For this, you have to go to the module 'Parametering', 'HR management', 'Positions', 'Default Matrix Evaluation of the Position'.

Click on the " buttonAdd a line by default"

A new page opens.

All you have to do is fill in the element "Labelthen"validate".
