Prepare the report of a visit
To request the report of a visit, click on the line of the corresponding visit.
The visit update form appears and on which it can be seen that 2 new tabs have appeared. :
- Report of the visit
- History of trade.
Click on the tab'Report of the visit'.
Chapter'Discision on the settlement of the visit': This includes informing visitors and visited, the estimated duration of the visit and the work phase observed during the visit.
Chapter'Report of the visit': This chapter is generated by this chapter that the content set in the visit model is generated.
Chapter'Bilan of the visit': It is a question of informing the conclusions of the visit. It is also possible to record immediate treatment actions, actions in the general action plan or even ESS events noted during the visit.
After completing this form, click the button"Validate".
You then return to the register of visits on which the visit appears under the state"Made".
