Process a group of maintenance interventions
It is possible to treat multiple interventions at once. (Control of fire extinguishers, slings, pharmacy kits…)
To do this, at the level of the register of interventions:
1) Check the various interventions to be addressed through the area to the left of the site column.
2) Click on the ' buttonTreating a grouping'
An intervention treatment form identical to that seen in section 'Dealing with an intervention' opens and allows you to perform the treatment of the intervention grouping.
To know: Processing a group only validates a conclusion type (compliant, non-compliant, under derogation…) If there are several conclusions in the set of materials to be controlled, then it will be necessary to perform as many group treatments as conclusions to be made.
