Register a coordination meeting

At the level of the register of advanced PDPs, the button "Actions"At the end of each PDP will allow the launch of a coordination meeting. (Submitted that initial validation of the PDP has been completed.)

This action provides access to the coordination meeting minutes form to:

- To identify external companies concerned by the meeting

- Integrate new external company(s) not planned during the initial validation of the PDP

- Formalize new unidentified risks during initial validation

- To conclude the meeting and import attached parts if necessary.

After completing this form, click on the " buttonValidate".

The status of the PDP moves to "Update".

This meeting must be validated so that new foreign businesses and risks are integrated into the PDP.

To do this, click on the tab 'Follow-up of journals' then on the button "Sign Sign Sign" opposite the coordination meeting held. This allows access to the validation feed validation page.

Until the coordination meeting is signed by the various interested parties, the PDP will be in the state "Validation in progress".

The new version of the PDP will only be formally validated once all interested parties have signed the document. When this is the case, the PDP will switch to version A1 and under the state "Validated".

Whenever a coordination meeting is held and validated, the PDP numerical index will evolve (A1, A2, AX)
