Register an efficiency assessment

To carry out an employee's training effectiveness evaluation, the employee's manager must click on the corresponding evaluation line at the register level. The evaluation form is displayed.

This form consists of an evaluation matrix whose evaluation criteria are modifiable and set by default at the parametric list level.Default matrix evaluation training' located in the menu 'HR management' of the moduleParametring.

In addition, the second part of the form reallocates the level of skills associated with training.

This will result in the updating of the level of ability of the employee for the competencies involved in the competency register and renew their validity.

After completing the form, click on the " buttonValidate".

You then return to the registry of efficacy assessments.
