- Site = Employee assignment site
- Number = Employee's service number. Must be unique for each employee.
- Last name / first name
Date of birth

- Address / Postal Code / City
Chapter 'Contract': Click on the button "+ +" to generate a contract registration block.
-Type contract= Parametric list in the Salary management menu of the parameter module (e.g. fixed-term, permanent, Interim¦)
-Status= Parameter list in the Salary Management menu of the parameter module (e.g. ETAM, Framework…)
- Start date of contract = Informed so that the status of the employee moves to 'In office'
- End date of contract = To be informed so that the status of the employee moves to 'Outing'
- Attachment = If an employee is interim, this field allows the selection of the home business (related to the supplier database)
- Gross salary = optional data and whose posting is linked to permission. (Allows to calculate the actual salary cost for training)
- Loaded hourly rate = given automatically relative to gross salary and coefficients associated with the parametric list 'Calculation of the hourly rate' from the HR / Contract Management menu.
Chapter 'Post': Click on the button "+ +" to generate a contract registration block.
- Position title = List allowing the election of a position previously registered in the position register.
- Verification date = Allows to define a date on which an assessment of the employee's position by his or her hierarchical manager must be conducted. After validation of the form, this automatically generates an evaluation in the
position in the 'Post Evaluation' feature.
- Posting / End of position
-Process= Attachment of the position to one of the company's processes.
-Affected service= Attachment of the position to one of the company's departments. (Linked to parameter list 'services')
- Responsible = N+1 of the employee
- Security Tutor
- Verifier
- Risk Code
Chapters 'Competence(s)' and 'Experiences' allow the recording of data relating to the employee's CV.
After completing the form, click on the " buttonValidate".
You then return to the wage register on which the new employee appears.
