Register of actions

Register of actions

Click on the functionality'Action Plan', you will arrive by default on the stock register page allowing you to view all recorded actions.

This page has 3 tabs:

-Requests for action= Allows users to propose an action requiring validation before processing.
-Register of actions= Register of actions being processed, treated or closed.
-Synthesis of actions= Allows you to visualize the summary of actions (state, distribution by origin, etc.…)

Within this register you have the possibility to perform a filter of actions thanks to a set of buttons located in the horizontal menu below the tabs:
- Filter by process, selecting the process from the rolling menu.
- Filter by keywords in the free field
- The number of current actions is displayed in this vertical menu.

Finally, it is possible to archive actions by clicking on the button or delete them by clicking on the button representing ared cross.

You can consult the register of archives by clicking on the button"Archives"located at the top right of the button"Add an action".

If you want to re-enter an archived action into the stock register, click the button representing ablue river.
