Register of Assessments at the Position
The job register allows you to view all recorded salary evaluations and record new ones.
A dual state system allows to:
-View the status of the evaluation
States | Conditions |
Achieved | The field 'Made on' is not entered |
Planning | Planned interview date < Date of day AND the 'Completed' field is empty |
Late | Planned interview date > Date of day AND the 'Prealised' field is empty |
To know: In the event that an evaluation at the position is moved to the 'Deverted Time', there is a possibility to issue a reminder to the Responsible Officer via the 'Reminder' button at the end of the assessment to the planified position. (Column Notification).
This will have the effect of notifying the Data Controller via an email sending.
-View the level of aptitude or reason for incapacity of the assessed employee
States | Conditions |
Acknowledgement=> At the level | The outcome of the evaluation is 'Act' and associated with a level of aptitude:
- Under tutoring
- Beginner
- Initiated
- Expert

Unfit => Pattern | The outcome of the evaluation is 'Unfit' and associated with a reason:
- Medical
- Jurisdiction
- Other
