Register of Audits

Click on the functionality"Audit",you will arrive by default on the audit register page allowing you to view all planned, late or completed audits.

This page has 3 tabs:

-Audit program= Register of audits for the planning of a new audit or the management of an already planned audit.

-Request for audit= Register of audit requests to initiate an audit request or validate an existing application.

-Synthesis of audits= Allows the summary of audits (status, deviation and non-compliance statistics, etc.…)

For each audit, you can:

- Export the audit report in PDF by clicking button

- To view the differences signified by clicking on the button

- Delete an audit by clicking on the button

Within this register you have the possibility to perform an audit filter through a set of buttons located in the horizontal menu below the tabs:

- Filter by period, selecting the start and end date of the period and then clicking on the button representing amagnifying glass.

- Filter by keywords thanks to the free field"Search"

- The number of current audits is displayed in this vertical menu.

Finally, it is possible to archive audits by clicking the buttonor delete them by clicking on.

You can consult the register of archives by clicking on the button"Archives"to the right of the button"Visualize the audit schedule".If you would like to re-enter an archived audit into the audit register, click the representative buttona blue arrow.
