Register of Competence Assignments
The register of skills assignments makes it possible to visualize the assignments of skills, their end date and the level of ability of employees towards the skills assigned to them. It is also from this register that it is possible to carry out the allocation of skills.
A state system makes it possible to visualize the level of ability of an employee at a jurisdiction.
