Functionality 'Needs'Allows SymaleaN Software users to express a need for hardware.
Click on the feature 'Needs', you will arrive by default on the Material Requirements Register page allowing you to view all registered applications.
It is also at the level of this register that the validation or refusal of a material application will be completed.
It is also possible to visualize the status of each expression of material need. There are 4 separate states that may appear:
States | Significations |
Submitted | The material requirement requires testing for validation or refusal. |
Valid + Preliminary receipt date | The material requirement has been validated AND processed (control of equipment completed). Preliminary receipt date is also displayed |
Refused | The material need was analyzed and denied. |
- | The requested material was received and controlled upon receipt |
