A dual state system allows to:

-View the status of conduct of medical visits:

Planning
Planned date of the medical visit > Date of day
AND the field 'Made it' is empty
Achieved
The field 'Made it' is entered
Late
Planned date of the medical visit < Date of day
AND the field 'Made it' is empty

-Visualize the employee's ability:

Acknowledgement
The result of the medical visit is 'Apte'
Unfit
The result of the medical visit is 'Unfit'
